The approved subdivision includes a mix of different, zoning districts, lot types and home builders to provide variety while keeping with the character within Morrison Ranch. This phase is the last phase of Lakeview Trails Southwith slightly oversized lots for SF-10. The typical lot size is 85’ X 130’(11,050 SF).

All four (4) standard plans are proposed for the 85’ wide lots that are divided into two sections of the plat (Parcel E and Parcel H).There arefour plans with home elevations offered in the following 3architectural themes: (A -Ranch, B–Farmhouse, C–Cottage). The applicant has provided13 different color.
