Central Arizona Supply who is the owner of the 4.9 acre, triangle-shaped parcel is commonly referred to as the “Potato Barn” has plans to develop the existing potato barn and two new proposed buildings. 

The buildings will be used by Central Arizona Supply, a specialized plumbing retail business available to contractors and the public, in addition to retail space for other users. 

The other new buildings will be constructed and is highly probable for retail space and/or restaurant.

The complex name will be “The Higley Barns” and the designer will be Brick & West Design. Brick and West Design is well respected and have desgiend many popular locations; Postino, Joyride, The Yard, The Colony etc.. See list here

The orginal owners of the 4.9 acre, sold the land to Generations Church for 1.1 million in 2013 and two laters sold to Central AZ Supply for 2 million.
