Agritopia’s latest project plans to bring several popular Phoenix businesses to our side of the valley. The long-awaited Epicenter project broke ground on January 9th and will be completed Fall 2021. 

The tenants confirmed to move in include restaurants popular in the Phoenix and Scottsdale areas, as well as new service businesses. Below is the full list of confirmed tenants:

Matt’s Big Breakfast will be a huge hit. Their location in Phoenix is packed every weekend and filled up even during weekdays. Their menu offers a variety of unique breakfast options the savory and sweet breakfst go-ers.

Gadzooks a very unique concept and popular phoenix grab and go food spot. Known for their enchiladas and soup (an odd combo, you’d think). They bring a spin to the traditional  enchilada and incorporate a whole new level of flavor into their menu. The only way to understand it is to try it…

Peixoto Coffee is a concept originating in downtown Chandler. I know what you are thinking… another coffee shop? Okay, but this one has a pretty cool backstory. From farm to cup, Peixoto serves coffee that comes straight from the family farm. They serve craft coffees, teas, and pastries that are sustainably sourced and they do it in style.
