Ilegal Modern Cocktail Kitchen is a locally owned and operated full service restaurant and craft cocktail bar in the heart of Downtown Gilbert. Situated as the first Roof-Top location in Gilbert, breathtaking views deliver to each seat in the house. Locally sourced ingredients, experience-driven cocktail program, and an artfully curated food menu focusing on the spectacular highlights of the State of Arizona and Sonoran Desert. Modern design and one-of-a-kind atmosphere provides a space for an after-work cocktail and bite to eat, a romantic dinner and drink for you and your date, or an amazing place to gather and relax for you and your friends.

Both of these restaurants will share a 10,949-square-foot L-shaped building and a 3,239-square-foot patio on the north west corner of Santan Village Pkwy and Williams Field.

North Italia turns a modern lens on Italian cooking in the upscale, casual-dining segment. All dishes are handmade from scratch daily. The menu consists of pasta, pizza and Italian cuisine.

bourbon and bones'
Bourbon & Bones’ popular menu delivers options for wet-aged and dry-aged cuts of beef, plus elegant options for fresh seafood and an extensive list of 300 varieties of Bourbon and Whiskey including some of the most rare options available to the public, the largest list in Arizona. B&B mixologists are also certified sommeliers overseeing a varied wine list alongside a robust custom cocktail menu.

The Porch is currently under construction right between Snooze and Oreganos’s in Downtown Gilbert. The owners of the Bevvy and Porch were going to create a new concept in Downtown Gilbert called “Local Edition”; change of plans. The location next to Snooze will be now the “The Porch Gilbert”. The Porch is an upscale yet relaxed gastropub with two current locations in Tempe and Arcadia. Featuring comfortable food and atmosphere, an extensive cocktail menu countless craft beers and a hearty wine list.
